Node.Bot

What is a Node.Bot?

A Node.Bot is your own AI on your own device. The node is the Mac that sits at your place. The bots are the assistants on it, each with a clear task. You decide what for: secretary, research, home control, project planning or something else entirely.

A Node.Bot in the middle. Around it: home and office as places, Mac app, iPhone and Hub as ways in, plus tasks such as mail, calendar, research and the house.

Standalone

A system that works on its own.

The node needs no computer in the cloud. It computes by itself, remembers by itself and works through tasks even when nobody is watching.

Computes locally

Language models for text, images and search sit on the node itself and are always ready.

Today

Several bots, clear roles

Each bot has its own job, its own tools and its own limits. The home bot does not read company mail.

Today

Works in the background

Longer tasks keep running as a job. A queue orders the work by importance.

Today

Stays up to date

You install new versions with one click. A backup is made first, and if something goes wrong it rolls back.

Today

Structure

Four levels, one account.

Whether a household or a corporation with many sites: the same four terms carry everything.

  1. Organisation

Your household or your company. Account, people and rights live here.

  2. Fleet Planned

A group of nodes, for example per site or department. Nodes in a fleet share work.

  3. Node Today

One device, a Mac mini or Mac Studio. It computes, stores and carries out tasks.

  4. Bot Today

An assistant on the node, with a task, tools and rules. Plugins attach to the bot.

A fleet: four nodes at two sites. Tasks move between them, and each node works through its share.

Schematic: four nodes at two sites, passing tasks to one another. Fleets with several nodes are planned, spreading big tasks across nodes is an idea.

Access

From the desk, from the iPhone or from the browser.

The node stays at home or in the company. You connect to it through an app and talk to it through a secured interface.

Mac app In progress

Talk to your bot directly on the Mac. The answer appears in the chat and is read aloud.

Windows app Idea

For teams with Windows computers. No plan yet.

iPhone app Today

Runs today as a preview, set up by us. It reaches the App Store with version 1.0.

Hub in the browser In progress

Through hub.marnis.ai you reach your nodes on the go too, without opening a port on your router.

On your own network Today

On your home or company network you reach the node directly in the browser.

hub.marnis.ai

The hub connects. It does not read along.

Every node registers with the hub. Through it you sign in, manage your nodes and reach support. Conversations, mails and documents stay on the node.

  • Register a node with the hub, voluntary and can be switched off In progressDone on the node, the hub itself goes online next.
  • Sign in on the go, with a second factor In progress
  • Manage your own nodes and fleets Planned
  • Get updates through the hub PlannedToday you install updates with one click on the node.
  • Open support tickets in the hub Planned
The Hub at the top connects your devices to your nodes. It knows accounts, nodes and online status. Your content stays on the nodes.

Private AI cloud

A cloud that belongs to you: your nodes, your models, your data. No stranger gets at it. If you like, it grows from one device in the living room to many nodes at several sites.
